You can delete your Share Your Party account at any time. All your personal data will be permanently deleted.
Method 1: Delete in the App
- Open the Share Your Party app
- Tap on Profile
- Tap on Menu
- Scroll down to „Delete Account“
- Confirm your account deletion
Your account will be deleted immediately
Method 2: Request via E-Mail
Send an E-Mail to the following address:
Email: office@shareyourparty.de
Subject: „Account Deletion Request“
Content: Please include your registered email address or username
We will process your request within 48 hours.
What data will be deleted?
- Your profile (username, bio, profile picture)
- Your personal information (email, date of birth)
- Your event preferences and interests
- Your saved events and favorites
- Your posts and uploaded images
- Your usage statistics
What data will be retained?
For legal reasons, we must retain:
- Payment and invoice data (10 years – legal obligation under Austrian tax law)
- Transaction history (anonymized for account purposes)
